My wife and I have used this product for 3 weeks now and lost quite abit of weight already, it really does drastically reduce your appetite so you can only eat small amounts and also removes your sweet cravings, so of course less calories consumed = weight loss. we are still on the lowest dose and have had no side effects and are able to just have 1 meal a day as you arent hungry the rest of the time.
